Terms of Service

These terms explain the rules for using WeWrote and the responsibilities that come with publishing and sharing company knowledge.

01

Using WeWrote

WeWrote is independently operated by Vladislav Kim. These terms govern your access to WeWrote and its websites, applications, and related services (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

You must be able to enter a binding agreement where you live. If you use WeWrote for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms for that organization.

02

Accounts

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Protect your sign-in credentials and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the spaces you manage.
03

Your content

You keep ownership of the documents and other content you submit to WeWrote. You grant us the limited permission needed to store, process, reproduce, and serve that content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You are responsible for your content, the people you share it with, and ensuring that you have the rights needed to publish it. Do not upload unlawful material or content that violates another person's rights.

04

Publishing and sharing

You control whether documents are drafts or published and whether a space is public, private, or password protected. Public links can be copied and redistributed. Password protection reduces casual access but is not a substitute for removing secrets, regulated data, or information that should never be shared online.

05

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service to break the law, deceive people, distribute malware, or violate privacy or intellectual-property rights.
  • Do not probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass the Service's security and access controls.
  • Do not use automated access in a way that harms the Service or other users.
06

Third-party services

WeWrote may connect to shared authentication services and GitHub. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or for changes they make to their products.

07

Changes, suspension, and termination

WeWrote is under active development, so features may change. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service, comply with law, or respond to a serious violation of these terms. You may stop using WeWrote at any time and contact us about account deletion.

08

Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
